During the Qingming Festival, rain falls thick and fast; travelers on the road are weary to their souls

春眠不觉晓，处处闻啼鸟

In spring sleep, dawn arrives unnoticed — everywhere I hear the birds singing

秦时明月汉时关，万里长征人未还

The same moon that shone in Qin, the same passes from the Han — soldiers marched ten thousand miles and have not returned

千山鸟飞绝，万径人踪灭

From a thousand mountains, birds have vanished; on ten thousand paths, human traces are gone
