Mild person vs. intense person — a simplified personality split. 淡人 are low-energy and unbothered, 浓人 are loud, passionate, and extra about everything.
Origin
Emerged in 2024 as a simpler alternative to MBTI types. Instead of 16 personalities, just two: are you mild or intense? Became a popular way to describe friend dynamics.
