When to Use
Expressing helplessness or acceptance of an unavoidable situation. Very commonly used to acknowledge that some things are beyond your control.
Examples
堵车了，没办法，只能等。(Traffic jam, nothing we can do, just have to wait.)
没办法，规定就是这样。(Can't help it, those are the rules.)
