When to Use
The 死了 (sǐ le, "to death") pattern is used as a dramatic intensifier. 累死了 is very commonly used after a long day of work, sightseeing, or exercise.
Examples
今天走了两万步，累死了。(Walked 20,000 steps today, I'm dead tired.)
加班到十二点，累死了。(Worked overtime until midnight, I'm exhausted.)
